ADHD support

I offer counselling for adults with ADHD — diagnosed or undiagnosed — who may struggle. I can help you understand how ADHD shows up in your life, develop confidence in your strengths, create healthier coping strategies and feel more in control.

Many clients don’t have a single clear problem — they just know something isn’t right. Counselling helps you explore that feeling and gain clarity.

Who I work with

I work with adults from all backgrounds, ages and life circumstances. You don’t need a diagnosis or a “big issue” to come to counselling — if something is affecting you, that’s enough.
