Professional person-centred counselling.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, stress, low confidence, relationship issues or general overwhelm, counselling can help you make sense of things and find a clearer way forward.

I’m Sarah McDonough, a qualified, person-centred counsellor offering a calm and supportive space where you can talk openly and work through whatever is on your mind.
I’m passionate about helping people feel understood, supported and more in control of their lives. My approach is friendly, down-to-earth and completely led by your needs. I have experience working with neurodiverse clients, including those with ADHD, and I feel confident supporting the unique challenges and strengths that can come with this. I also offer an inclusive, respectful space for people from all backgrounds, including those who identify as LGBTQIA+, where you can feel safe to be yourself without judgement.
